Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) set out how you may enter into, and continue to participate in, the Wakenipa Sports Exchange Rugby World Cup 2007 Competition ('Competition'). Please read through these Terms carefully. If you do not accept the Terms, do not enter the Competition. If you do not accept any changes to these Terms do not continue to participate in the Competition. By entering and continuing to participate in the Competition, you are indicating your acceptance of the Terms (including any changes) and your willingness to be bound by them.

Introduction

By entering the Competition, you confirm that you are an individual who is at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you have parental/guardian consent to do so.

The terms 'you' and 'user' are used, for the purposes of the Terms, to refer to any individual or entity participating in the Competition. The expressions 'us', 'we' or 'our' refer to Wakenipa CC.

This is not a gambling site - it is a competition site.

 Eligibility

The Competition is open to any resident of any country who is 18 years and over, provided that it is legal for that person to enter in their own country, state or jurisdiction.

Promoter and Organiser

The promoter and organiser of the Competition is Wakenipa CC.

Employees of  Wakenipa CC, Realmdigital and their agencies may play the Competition, but they will not be eligible for any of the public prizes.

 Amendments

We may, at any time, amend or delete any of these Terms and/or the "rules of the game" ("Rules"). Please ensure that you check the Terms and the "Rules" on a regular basis to review any changes we have made. Your continued participation in the Competition following the publication of any changes to the Terms and/or the Rules confirms your acceptance of those changes.

 Registration Process

To enter the Competition, you need to register and provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to update and maintain that information by advising us of changes to your details as appropriate. Registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will need to select a username and password. We will not permit:

• any other person to register using your user name;
• any other person sharing your username and password;
• any offensive words or word strings (we reserve the right to edit your player details should we find any of your player details offensive).

When you register to participate in the Competition, you will be obliged to click on an icon confirming that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. You will not be allowed to register unless you have indicated acceptance of the Terms and any other terms and conditions which may apply.

You must keep your password confidential at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any entry submitted using your details.

Once you have registered, you will be able to create a number of teams that will be assigned to your user profile. Teams will not be eligible for the prizes, unless payment has been received from the Fantasy manager.

Competition

The Competition will begin on or before 7 September 2007.

The Competition closes on the date of the final of the World Cup, on 20 October 2007.

All winning entries will be notified by email no later than midday on the Monday following the relevant final World Cup match. Any game points awarded will be attributed, on an accumulation basis, to the successful team of a particular username.

Prizes

The awarding of prizes is at the sole discretion of the Wakenipa CC. The winner of the Grand Prize will be the participant who has accumulated most points during the Competition. The winners of the runner up prize will be those manager who accumulated the 2nd most fantasy points during the competition.

The winner will be notified by email. In the event of a tie, the winners of the Grand Prize will share the prize if it is a cash prize. In the event of a tie for the any non-cash prize, the prize winner will be awarded to the Fantasy manager that chronologically first registered with on www.wakenipa.com

No prize may be redeemed for cash or any other reward. No prize may be transferred.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence whatsoever will be entered into regarding the Competition.

We will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery of any prizes.

We reserve the right to make whatever enquiries we see fit to prove the identity of any participant and/or winner.

All prize winners must be over 18 years of age.

Submission of entries

All entries must be submitted via this on-line website, www.wakenipa.com. An entry will only be deemed to be accepted upon receipt by you of confirmation, from us, that your selection has been received.

Any entry which is incomplete, illegible or otherwise does not comply with the Rules and/or these Terms will be disqualified.

We accept no responsibility for late or undelivered entries, communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty, or any other event causing disruption to or corruption of the Competition.

We accept no responsibility for the selections made, or information provided, by any person or entity which is displayed on this website. If you take the comments, predictions, selections and/or information of any other person or entity into consideration you do so entirely at your own risk.
